The successful individual will know how to build a solid team, grow market share, control costs, improve margins, deliver customer service and develop customer loyalty.

• Provide leadership consistent with company values by setting clear work expectations and performance goals and holding employees accountable for their performance.


• Strong safety-mindset; Manage safety and compliance including complying with terminals, drivers, service vehicles, and DOT vehicle requirements.

• Work with sales department to increase growth and customer satisfaction in retail sales and HVAC sales.

• Oversee the handling and correction of customer complaints through department managers.

What we need/Requirements!

• 3-5 years managing in the energy, fleet, retail or service operations

• Strong team-building skills: strong computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word); knowledge of the heating oil/propane industry and all of its components.
